The Group's R&D and innovation division. We design, build and launch digital solutions across all sectors, and create custom software for individuals, companies and African institutions.
Health, finance, agriculture, logistics, tourism, real estate, e-commerce, mobility. We identify, prototype and launch digital products for African markets. Some become standalone Group startups.
Industry-specific ERPs, web and mobile apps, SaaS platforms, API integrations. We build the tools African businesses can't find elsewhere — or where international solutions don't fit the local context.
Governments, ministries, NGOs, international organizations. We design digital platforms that modernize public processes and improve services to citizens, with proven Gov-Tech expertise from DIPLOME.CD and FORMAPRO.CD.
Consumer apps, marketplaces, digital services for the diaspora and African communities. The Studio is also a product-experimentation ground to identify unmet needs in the African market.

Parent entity based in Dubai. Drives pan-African expansion, raises international funds, manages free-trade-zone operations.
Serves the French-speaking West African market: Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali, and expansion to other ECOWAS markets.
Covers the English-speaking East African market: Kenya, with expansion into neighboring English-speaking markets.
